It is not new that Malaysia has been getting far ahead in its statements about the Mystery of Flight MH370.
To begin with, it started the search for the plane wreckage on the ocean surface at least 06 (six) hours before the plane crashed.
Then, in another statement to families and the press, they affirmed that all passengers and crew were dead, based solely and exclusively on the fact that the area where the aircraft would have ended its journey did not have a suitable landing site. As if they couldn't have made an emergency landing at sea and been adrift.
It is known that an emergency escape slide becomes an inflatable raft.
Still getting far ahead, Malaysia stated that the wing component (flaperon) found on Saint-André Beach, on Reunion Island - FR, was indeed from the missing plane.
The statement was made based solely on the fact that there are no other missing planes. Which is not sufficient reason, as although there are no aircraft that have disappeared during flight, there are countless others sold as scrap.
On the other hand, we have France (BEA) and Boeing, who seem to expect the plane to be found without the flaperon to then check if the piece fits correctly. Unfortunately and shamefully, the aircraft manufacturer cannot confirm if the piece is indeed the first piece of this obscure puzzle.

i. Wing fragments found on the French island of Reunion in July are "certainly" from Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, which disappeared in March 2014 while flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, French justice announced on Thursday (09/03/15).
