The Fire Department was called at 4:55 PM on June 29, 2011, for a strange occurrence: the suicide of a minor. A 15-year-old teenager was found hanged late Wednesday afternoon, June 29, 2011, in Jardim Europa, Goiânia. When the firefighters arrived at the scene, the boy had already been taken down from the rope and showed no vital signs.
According to the family, João Paulo was a student, did not suffer from depression, and lived a normal life like any other young person his age, in addition to attending church.
It is also noteworthy that the incident occurred on the street near the house where [[Hávyla Nayara Esteves de Souza]], 21, was found dead on 05/07/2011.
There is no evidence of a connection between the crimes.
