Banco Santander/Real's depositor advance fee policy is the most obscure in the banking system. I say this because I use accounts from other banks for work, and things happen more clearly there.
In many banks, a check is returned once, and a return fee of R$ 0.35 is charged... I didn't misspell that, it's just cents!!... At Santander, they wait for you to deposit the money today, and in two days the statement changes, as if the check had been cashed before you deposited it.
The same happened to me in the first week of February, when interest charges for the 1st were charged on the 3rd, but on the statement from the 4th onwards, it showed that the charge was made on the 30th. Of course, it was just a maneuver for collection!
They have the legality for it, but the way they use this right is totally obscure; it needs to be investigated and clarity demanded!
They spend millions on advertising, so I will dedicate 1 minute of my time to publicize this scandal that we customers live through. I am an account holder, agency 0137, which has now become 3137.
Join me, let's protest!!
Let's do it together!
