The lawyer (a son of a b****, who saw nothing and wasn't even there) claims that the 14-year-old boy turned the equipment on, but was not driving it. Grazielly Almeida Lames, 3 years old, was playing on the beach when she was struck.
The uncle of 3-year-old Grazielly Almeida Lames, Edilei Rodrigues, said this Tuesday (02.21.2012) that the information provided by lawyer Maurimar Bosco Chiasso—hired by the family of the 14-year-old teenager suspected of operating the jet ski that struck the child—that the vehicle drifted onto the beach without a pilot, is "untrue." Grazielly was rescued by the Military Police helicopter, but arrived dead at the Bertioga Municipal Hospital.
According to Rodrigues, the family has information from witnesses that the jet ski was being operated by the teenager and that the vehicle was at high speed when it hit the girl, who was playing in the sand with her mother at Guaruba beach, in Bertioga, on the coast of São Paulo, on Saturday (18). The girl's uncle also said that the family will follow the case's investigations, but that at this moment, their attention is focused on providing support and comfort to Grazielly's parents.
During Grazielly's wake, held on Monday (20) in Artur Nogueira, in the Campinas region, interior of São Paulo, the girl's mother, Cirleide Lames, said that it all happened very quickly and there was no time to save her daughter. "If I had seen the jet ski coming from afar, I would have tried to do something, thrown myself in front of it, but there was no time," she reported. According to the mother, this was the girl's first trip to the coast. "She had been asking to go to the beach for a long time. She was so happy, having so much fun," says Cirleide Lames.
The duty delegate of the Bertioga Police Station, Marcelo Rodrigues, said this Monday afternoon that the investigations have begun and that those involved will testify this Thursday (23), starting at 4 PM. The teenager, his parents, and his godparents are expected to attend.

With the family's money, they will silence the police, the judge, even that aunt of the judge who keeps saying, "son, you are doing the right thing...", even her, money will silence.
