MARIA APARECIDA VINHAL - Legislative Decree no. 178/2006 of November 28, 2006 - born in Hidrolândia 81 years ago, she never shied away from a fight and provided services especially in the Vila Nossa Senhora do Perpétuo Socorro in Abadia de Goiás. She founded the Municipal School of the Village, was a lay teacher and taught children to read and write, taught painting, embroidery, cutting, and sewing, all for free for the community. And currently, her dream is to get her own headquarters to continue her work and accommodate all her students. Name proposed by councilor Willian Antônio de Andrade.
