First, it's installing an update but not saying anything. This happened to me. Note that if you wait around 05 minutes it will start, and then if you check Installed Updates, you will notice an update with the date of the moment you started the computer.
Second, an error is occurring the moment the computer goes to sleep. It appears turned off, but it actually saved all open content from RAM to the Hard Drive. If you turn it off, you will have a problem. When the computer is started, it will have to deal with a volume of files that ARE EXPECTED to return from hibernation. Since it won't work, the computer will delete all these files. To know if this is true, just observe if the computer restarts once before then starting normally.
