Radio Taxi channels are regulated by Resolution No. 239, of November 29, 2000.
Art. 1st To approve the Regulation on Channeling and Conditions of Use of Radiofrequencies by Mobile Service Systems in the 33 MHz, 34 MHz, 38 MHz, 39 MHz, 152 MHz, 159 MHz, 160 MHz, 164 MHz, 169 MHz, and 173 MHz bands, as per the Annex to this Resolution.
Art. 2nd To establish that the radiofrequencies covered by the annexed Regulation are intended for the Radio Taxi Service.
