The Al Jazeera news channel said on Saturday that it intends to take the death of its cameraman in the Gaza Strip to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
The Qatar-based broadcaster said it had instructed its legal team "to urgently refer the case of the murder of its cameraman in Gaza, Samer Abu Daqa, to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague."
Al Jazeera said the father of four, 45, was hit by an Israeli drone strike on Friday while reporting at the Farhana school.
The use of machines has led wars down paths of coldness and monstrosity.
