The Senate approved this Tuesday (10/25/2011) the bill that ends the eternal secrecy of public documents. As soon as the presidency sanctions the text, which has already been approved by the Chamber, the maximum period for government information to be kept confidential will be 50 years.
It is absurd that there is secrecy to protect Colonels, who as Renato Russo well said, "stay behind the desk scared to death",
There shouldn't even be a single day of secrecy. For this generation, wronged by the monsters of the dictatorship and by crooked rulers, will die without seeing justice.
They talk about border documents and papers that protect State secrets. But what is behind all this is the favoring of certain classes and especially families.
