⚠️ *ATTENTION REGARDING DOCUMENTATION*
☺️ For the success of any action, complete and easy-to-read documentation is essential.
Therefore, we need your cooperation!
Documents sent via WhatsApp often lose quality upon arrival, and then lose even more quality when converted to PDF. So please follow these guidelines:
1. Avoid taking photos using WhatsApp. Look for an app called *Camera* on your phone and take all photos using it. After taking the photos, go to your Gallery, check if the photos are good, and only then go to WhatsApp to send them.
⚠️ Document analysis generally takes a week. If any documents are poor quality, cut off, blurry, or missing, you will need to resubmit them, and it may take another week for a new analysis.
2. Documents should preferably be photographed in sunlight. Sunlight allows for better photo quality. ☀️
3. Blurry photos will not be accepted. Shaky photos will not be accepted. Photos with flash reflections will not be accepted.
⚠️ Often, the judge orders all poor-quality documents to be submitted, which doubles the work and significantly delays the action.
4. Photocopies will not be accepted.
5. Every document must be complete. All 04 corners of the document must be clearly visible.
6. The proof of address is the only document that can be partially cut off in the photo; in this case, at least the top half, including the two upper corners, must be clearly visible.
⚠️ Proof of Address must always be in your own name. If you don't have one, ask me for a Declaration form to fill out.
7. Accepted forms of identification are RG (front and back) or a valid CNH (driver's license).
⚠️ If your phone cannot take clear photos, and if someone else cannot take the photos for you, you will have to pay a print shop to scan the documents.
⚠️ There is no legal action without proper documentation.
